Tom Hunter attended law school at Samford University's Cumberland School of Law and
Marshall-Wythe School of Law at the College of William and Mary. Mr. Hunter's
success is attributed to his highly competitive nature which stems from his sports
background. He is highly regarded in his community and is a native to Hampton Roads.
Being fluent in Spanish, Mr. Hunter is able to more capably represent
the interests of the Hispanic community. He has successfully defended a multitude
of clients charged with criminal offenses and has obtained rightful compensation for
the injured since 1986. Certified by the NFLPA as a Contract Advisor (Agent),
Mr. Hunter aggressively represents football players with emphasis in contract
negotiations and has an abundance of experience in personal injury, criminal
defense and real estate matters. |

Sara Lynch is Junior Managing Partner and has been practicing with the firm
since 1997. A graduate of Regent University's School of Law, she practices
in domestic relations, which includes divorce, legal separation, prenuptial
agreements, custody/visitation, child and spousal support, adoptions, name
changes, wills and powers of attorney. She is part of a select group of
attorneys referred by Hampton Department of Social Services to handle foster
care adoptions. She has successfully argued before
the Supreme Court of Virginia and has gained respect
from the legal community for her zealous representation of clients. |

Robert Saunders received his undergraduate degree from The University of Virginia and his law
degree from Tulane University. Mr. Saunders served as an Assistant Commonwealth's
Attorney for the City of Hampton, Virginia where he was responsible for prosecuting
all levels of criminal charges and serious traffic offenses. Since entering private
practice in 1997, he has continued to center his practice in litigation and
trial work and attributes much of his success to his tenacious personality and a
strong desire to get the best results for his clients. His practice areas are criminal
law (state and federal courts), traffic law (all types including DUI and
habitual offender), worker's compensation; and general civil litigation. |

John R.
Pritchard, III

John Pritchard is a graduate of the University of
Richmond, having earned his Bachelor’s degree in political science there in 1969
and a law degree from the University’s T.C. Williams School of Law in 1974. His
practice is focused primarily in the areas of criminal and traffic defense,
divorce and family law, and real estate law. Mr. Pritchard also has experience
in personal injury matters and general civil litigation. A former Assistant
Commonwealth’s Attorney for Hanover County, Virginia, and the City of Virginia
Beach, and corporate general counsel, he is a member of the Virginia State Bar
and the Williamsburg Bar Association and has been active in his church and
various civic groups. Mr. Pritchard’s successful representation of his clients
is the result of over thirty years of experience, conscientious attention to
detail, and genuine concern for those who have sought his advice and counsel. |

 Amy Stallings received her Juris Doctor from Regent University's School of Law and received her undergraduate degree from Meredith College in Raleigh, North Carolina. Ms. Stallings
has been practicing since 1997. She has served as an Assistant Attorney General under Mark Earley and Jerry Kilgore. As an Assistant Attorney General, Ms. Stallings defended state agencies and the Uninsured Employer's Fund before the Virginia Worker's Compensation Commission as well as represented the Attorney General's Office in the Hampton Roads Community. Ms. Stallings also served as counsel for Nationwide Insurance. Her areas of practice include personal injury and worker's compensation.

James Carter is a graduate of the University of Virginia and the William and Mary School of Law, and is a member of Phi Delta Phi legal fraternity. A lifelong Williamsburg resident, Mr. Carter's practice areas include civil and criminal litigation, commercial and corporate law, domestic relations, wills, trust and estates, real estate and personal injury. Mr. Carter has been a faculty member of the University of Nairobi International Law Institute and also serves as general counsel for American K9 Interdiction, LLC, a Virginia defense contractor which specializes in explosives ordinance detection dogs. Mr. Carter's success derives from his tenacity and zeal in complex litigation scenarios, and his ability to devise unique solutions for his client's complex problems.

Amy VanFossen received her Bachelor
's degree at Stanford University in
1993 and her Juris Doctor degree from Tulane University School of Law in
1999. Admitted to the Virginia State Bar in 1999. Her practice areas
include family law, criminal law, litigation and real estate. She is a
member of the following organizations: Newport News Bar Association;
Middle Peninsula Bar Association; American Bar Association, Criminal Division;
Virginia State Bar; Virginia State Bar Young Lawyers Conference, Board of
